If you own an Adobe product with a single user license or volume, or if you are the primary user of an Adobe product installed on a computer at work, you can also install and use the software on a secondary computer on the same platform at home or on a laptop. However, you cannot run the software simultaneously on the primary and secondary computer. 2.1.5 Dual Boat Platform. The software is allowed to be used on a specific operating platform. The customer must acquire a separate license to use the software on each operating platform. For example, if the customer wants to install the software on the Mac OS and Windows platforms on a device on which both platforms are run (i.e. a dual-start computer), the customer must first acquire two separate licenses for the software. This also applies when two versions of the software, each developed for a different operating platform, are delivered to the customer on the same medium. 4.6.2 Except for educational software (as defined in Section 16.3), preversion software (as defined in section 16.2), evaluation software, Copies not available for resale of the software or software purchased through Adobe`s volume licensing program that remain available under Clause 4.6.3 may be permanently transferred by the customer to another natural or legal person, provided that: a) the customer also transfers this agreement, this agreement, (ii) the serial number or numbers, the software; media provided by Adobe or its authorized distributor, as well as any other software or hardware that is bundled, packaged or pre-installed with the software, including all copies, updates and earlier versions (as defined in section 5 below) and (iii) all copies of font software to that natural entity or entity; (b) the customer does not keep updates, previous versions or copies, including backups and copies stored on a computer; and (c) the receiving party accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement and all other conditions under which the Customer purchased a valid license for the Software. The following applies to software that contains the functionality of importing and exporting stroke: THIS PRODUIT IS THE LICENSE AVC PATENT PORTFOLIO FOR THE PERSONAL USE OF A CONSOMMATEUR`S (a) VIDEO IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE AVC STANDARD (« AVC VIDEO ») AND/OR (b) ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS CAN BE FOURNIES BY MPEG LA, L.C. SEE www.adobe.com/go/mpegla. The customer recognizes that the software is subject to the rules of the U.S. Export Administration (« EAR ») and that the customer complies with the EAR. The customer will not export or re-export the software, directly or indirectly, to the following countries: a) countries, the United States is subject to export restrictions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria), (b) any end consumer who knows or has reason to know that he will use them for the development, development or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons or missile, launcher and sound rocket systems or unmanned aircraft systems, or (c) any end-user who has been prohibited from participating in U.S. export operations by a U.S. federal authority. In addition, the customer is responsible for complying with local laws in the client`s jurisdiction, which may affect his right to import, export or use the software. If Adobe is aware of a violation, Adobe may be prohibited from providing maintenance and support to the software.
